The organic cotton has a cooler feel than polyester due to its natural breathability which can reduce the possibility of overheating at night. This blanket has not as tight a stitch as the crepe weave blanket, is softer, and is light weight. The waffle weave blanket is the ideal light weight option in regards to warmth making it optimal for summer weather, an extra layer, or travel but still great for all other weather.
