I bought what I thought was the best one they had, less than a year later steam stopped working, parts started leaking, even the jets don't work right. And forget about customer service, getting them to contact you or you them is impossible. 3 thumbs down. Ps. I don't review anything, even if I love or hate it. But this was so bad I had to give my feed back
