Warranty

We sell our products under the Manufacturer´s Warranty. We do not provide any further warranty above or beyond the Manufacturer’s Warranty. Should any claims related to quality of the product arise, we will have the manufacturer´s or the distributor´s representative inspect the product and provide both the customer and us with copies of their conclusions. If the product is confirmed to be defective or not to meet specifications, we will replace the product within full accordance of the manufacturer´s warranty. Under no circumstances can we provide any coverage beyond warranties provided by the manufacturer nor are any Manufacturer Warranties enforceable against HomeThangs.com. HomeThangs.com will not be able to replace the product or refund the money if the manufacturer declines the claim. In this case return of this product will fall under regular Return Policy rules.
